Ramp Handling
Aircraft ground support, loading and unloading, ramp coordination, GSE support, chocks, cones, headset coordination and safe aircraft movement support.
SATISERCOM provides ramp handling, traffic services, dispatch support, cargo handling and airline representation for passenger, cargo, charter, FBO and special aviation operations.
All six services are available at all twelve stations. You are not choosing from what happens to be available where you fly — you define the scope your operation needs, station by station, and we quote against that scope.
One service at one station, or the full turnaround across the network. Both are normal.
Our service model is designed to support each operation with trained personnel, coordinated equipment, airport knowledge and responsive local execution.

Backed by accreditation CO SA-38/23 from AFAC, and ground operations audited by AFAC under the method accepted as an alternative to the IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations.

Personnel trained under competency standard ECO217.01, certified by the Registro Nacional de Estándares de Competencia (CONOCER), with our own certified instructors.
This is not coordination support — it is a licensed dispatch operation. SERCOM holds an authorized dispatch office certification issued by AFAC, with documented operational capacity. Most handlers subcontract this.
AFAC-authorized dispatch office (SERCOM). Dispatchers hold valid Mexican licenses with a recurrent training and license maintenance program, operating under the AFAC-approved operational manual.
Our largest operation. Freighter turnarounds, palletized cargo and warehouse coordination for the cargo airlines and integrators that fly into Mexico.
ULD control Inventory and records of the carrier’s ULDs · transfer documentation signed by the releasing and receiving parties · reporting of lost, found and damaged ULDs · storage at selected stations.
Certified by AFAC as a secure cargo operator for regulated air cargo. Dangerous goods instructors recognized by AFAC, held in-house and not subcontracted. Operating for DHL, FedEx, UPS, Avianca Cargo, Mercado Libre, Aeronaves TSM, Aerounión, ICCS, Air Atlanta and Gulf & Caribbean Cargo.
For operators without their own staff in Mexico, we are the airline at the station: the name on the coordination, the signature on the paperwork and the single number the airport calls.
Available as a standalone service or combined with ramp, traffic, dispatch and cargo at the same station.
Charter, executive, government and state flights. These operations get one attempt, and they are coordinated with airport authorities, protocol teams and the operator’s own security.
Operational references include the United States Embassy, the Royal Canadian Air Force, the Government of Canada, the Government of Indonesia and the Hangar Presidencial de México. Some official operations are covered by confidentiality agreements and are not listed.
